Love is…
In times of family and therefore social disintegration, I want to focus precisely on the family, in this case mine, which is the one I know best and to whom I owe much of what I am.
My family's life has developed since I can remember in the west of Montevideo and for that reason also, the setting of these portraits is this part of the city, which is not always visible to the rest of the Montevideo residents, and when
has, it is not always positive.

Love is... was a comic strip from the 80's where, through very simple vignettes, a couple was portrayed in different situations that exemplified the meaning of love.
Corny stuff aside, this family calendar, this tribute to the construction of a bond developed over decades amidst the best traditions of life in a Montevideo neighborhood, is a personal tribute not only to my parents, but to all those who believe in tenacity, work, community and love as elements to build a better society.
